Black/White Silage Film

Black/White Silage Film uses imported MPE metallocene linear low-density polyethylene (M-LLDPE) as raw material, and is made with three-layer co-extrusion process. It has high light cutoff, high oxygen barrier rate, puncture resistance, tear resistance, cold resistance, and can be used in harsh environments.

Description

Black White Silage FilmBlack/White Silage Film:

White is easy to refract sunlight and reduce heat accumulation, and black is easy to absorb internal heat, which is more conducive to maintaining relatively stable temperature in the silage silo, ensuring the quality of feed during the silage period.

When in use, the white faces outwards and the black faces inwards. When the sun is shining, the white refracts the sun, and the black can absorb the internal heat, thereby maintaining the proper temperature and moisture in the pond, and keeping the silage with certain nutrients.

Black/White Silage Film uses imported MPE metallocene linear low-density polyethylene (M-LLDPE) as raw material, and is made with three-layer co-extrusion process. – Use imported polyethylene PE is used as the raw material, with minimum resistance of -40°C to -50°C.

B. Metallocene is added in the production process to increase the tensile strength and toughness of the film.

C. General polyethylene has poor aging resistance and is easy to absorb ultraviolet rays from the sun, causing molecular chain breaks. This product is added with long-life masterbatch ultraviolet stabilizer, which extends the outdoor life, and the life span is as long as 3 years.

Scope of application:

– Suitable for manual grass storage and mechanized grass storage.

– It can be used for bag storage, cellar storage and stack storage.

The basic status of black and white silage film: basically use more than 120 micron black and white film around outside, and about 50 micron transparent films are used inside.Black White Silage Film
