During the use of plastic greenhouse film, due to pollution, adhesion of water droplets, etc., it will greatly reduce its light transmission capacity, affecting vegetable lighting, and reducing benefits. Vegetable farmers should take various measures to improve the light transmittance of the film.
1. Cleaning film
To improve the light transmittance of the plastic film in the greenhouse, in addition to designing the lighting angle and promoting the use of no drip film, the surface of the shed film should be washed with clean water every 5-7 days in management to clean the dust and grass. It can increase the light transmittance by 5% to 8%.
2. Dry fine soil or gypsum powder
Spread the new agricultural film, spread the fine soil or gypsum powder on it, wipe it with a towel or cloth for several times and then wipe it clean. When the film is covered, the treated one faces inward to reduce the adhesion of water droplets.
3. Spraying soy flour
Grind the soybean into fine powder, 7.5-10 g of soybean powder per square meter of shed film, 150 g of water, soak for 2 hours, then filter with fine gauze. After removing the dregs, spray the water droplets on the film with a sprayer. The water drops quickly and can be kept for 15-20 days without new water droplets.
4. Turning the film
In the first 15-20 days before the winter, the shed can be buckled. After about 30 days, choose no wind, noon at noon, remove the film and turn it over, and turn the original side up and down, then fix it, which greatly reduces The water droplets can greatly improve the light transmittance.
